Yan-Ru Lin is a Ph.D. student at the Institute of Human Resource Management, National Sun Yat-sen University (NSYSU). She has presented at Academy of Management Annual Meeting (AOM). Her research interests include Emotions at Work (e.g., group affective tone) and Creativity (e.g., team creativity). Her work has been published in Group & Organization Management.
