Yan-Ru Lin is a Ph.D. student at the Institute of Human Resource Management, National Sun Yat-sen University (NSYSU). She has presented at Academy of Management Annual Meeting (AOM). Her research interests include Emotions at Work (e.g., group affective tone) and Creativity (e.g., team creativity).
